Mother and Baby Yoga is a wonderful way to stretch and strengthen your post-pregnancy body, spend some special time with your new baby and meet other mothers.
I run Mother and Baby Yoga classes at Stoke Row Pavilion on:
Thursday afternoons from 14.00 – 15.30

£50 for a 5-week block of classes which can be used over a 7 week period; or
£12 for a drop-in class.

I recommend these classes from 6 weeks postnatally but this can vary so please do contact me and we can discuss when the best time to start is for you.
