Mum and Baby Yoga is a wonderful way to stretch and strengthen your post-pregnancy body, spend some special time with your new baby and meet other mothers.
The classes are relaxed & supportive – for you & your baby – strengthening & healing movement to help realign & relieve tension in your body.
A baby-friendly yoga class where you will be doing gentle movements, stretches and yoga sequences to help re-align your postnatal body and strengthen your pelvic floors.
It is more than simply an exercise class, it is a space where support between mums can be given and shared and where babies will benefit from the gentle stimulation, calming music and movements of their mothers. Toys are provided!
Everyone is welcome. The classes adapt and flow with the needs of the babies and mothers, there is no set way of things – take a break to feed, to rock a crying baby, to lie down, to play. I tailor the classes to the individuals and you will find that support with your baby comes from all around.
Take this class to spend time with your baby but also for yourself, to nurture your needs – to heal, to get emotional support, to relax, to connect with your breath and reconnect with your body and baby.
The classes are followed by tea, homemade cake and time to chat.
